Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client
Soft Techium reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed
Project timelines depend on client requirements and timely feedback
Soft Techium is not responsible for delays caused by late content, approvals, or third-party issues
Revisions will be provided as per the agreed project scope
Additional changes beyond scope may incur extra charges
